Our team services residential aged care facilities across Yamba and the Clarence Valley, delivering physiotherapy, occupational therapy and exercise physiology on-site with dedicated, consistent clinicians. Falls prevention programs are based on the SUNBEAM trial.
Receiving aged care at home? Physiotherapy and occupational therapy are fully government funded clinical care under Support at Home.
