Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No for private, NDIS or WorkCover. A GP referral is only needed for Medicare-subsidised sessions.
How much will it cost?
NDIS, Support at Home, WorkCover and DVA have no out-of-pocket cost. Private health fund rebates with on-the-spot claiming. Medicare patients pay the gap only.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. If you are a family member, support coordinator or facility manager, you can book on behalf of a client.
