Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral? — No for private, NDIS, or WorkCover. A GP referral is only needed for Medicare-subsidised sessions.
How much will it cost? — NDIS, Support At Home, Workcover and DVA = no out-of-pocket. Private health fund rebates with on-the-spot claiming. Medicare patients pay gap only.
Can I book for someone else? — Yes. If you're a family member, support coordinator, or facility manager, you can book on behalf of a client.
