Mobile home visits come to you, backed by our clinic at Tweed Heads South - minutes from the border. We see private patients, NDIS participants, community aged care clients and employer referrals.

Physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, sports injuries, NDIS physiotherapy and community aged care. Clinic or home visits.
Occupational therapy
Functional capacity assessments, home modifications, assistive technology and daily living support for NDIS and aged care clients.
Pre-employment medicals
Fitness-for-work assessments for Gold Coast employers. All testing in one visit, reports within 24 hours.
We also deliver exercise physiology for chronic disease management, rehabilitation and NDIS exercise programs.

Home visits across Coolangatta, Currumbin, Elanora, Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads, Robina and Varsity Lakes. Prefer a clinic appointment? Our Tweed Heads South clinic is five minutes from Coolangatta, with free on-site parking.
The team is led by Riley Coulson, Senior Physiotherapist, with clinicians who work across the southern Gold Coast every week.
Aged care
Aged care on the southern Gold Coast
We partner with residential aged care facilities across the southern Gold Coast and South East QLD, delivering physiotherapy, occupational therapy and exercise physiology on-site with dedicated, consistent clinicians.
Receiving aged care at home? Physiotherapy and occupational therapy are fully government funded clinical care under Support at Home.

Funding options
- NDIS - registered provider for plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants. No out-of-pocket costs.
- Support at Home / CHSP - we work directly with your community aged care provider and handle all invoicing.
- Medicare and DVA - accepted, with DVA invoiced directly on your behalf.
- Private health insurance - claim on the spot at our Tweed Heads South clinic.
- WorkCover - both QLD and NSW workers compensation accepted.
- Private / self-paying - no referral needed. Call to book or book online.
