We partner with 50+ residential aged care facilities across NSW and SE QLD — from metro Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane to regional and inland towns. Consistent, named teams delivering reablement physiotherapy aligned with AN-ACC requirements. Weekly visits with quarterly reporting.
Home Visit Clients
Physiotherapy and OT delivered in your own home. Ideal for older adults, people recovering from surgery, or anyone who finds it difficult to get to a clinic. We bring all the equipment we need.
Employers & Workplaces
On-site pre-employment medicals, injury prevention programs, and return-to-work rehabilitation. We come to your workplace for volume bookings across all our service regions.

Common Questions About Mobile Services
How much does a home visit cost?
For NDIS, Support at Home, CHSP, and DVA clients there are no out-of-pocket costs. For private and other funded home visit services, we provide a quote based on your location and service needs. Quote turnaround is within 2 business days. Call 1300 871 249 or request a quote online.
Do I need a referral?
It Depends. You can self-refer for private services. NDIS participants can self-refer or have their support coordinator make a referral. Support At Home clients will need a referral from their support co-ordinator. For WorkCover, you'll need a referral from your treating doctor or insurer.
What equipment do you bring?
Our therapists bring everything needed for your session — treatment tables, exercise equipment, assessment tools, and any aids required. You don't need to prepare anything.

We currently partner with over 50 residential aged care facilities across NSW and SE QLD — from metro Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane to regional and inland towns like Tamworth, Dubbo, and Bathurst. What areas do you cover in Sydney?
Our Sydney mobile teams are based in Liverpool/South West Sydney and Macarthur. We primarily deliver physiotherapy through our residential aged care facility partnerships in these regions, but home visits may also be available. Call us to check availability in your specific suburb.
