Common Questions About Consulting Services
Do we need to use OAH for ongoing service delivery?
No. Consulting is independent from our outsourced services. We consult, your team delivers. No obligation to switch providers.
Can you provide interim physio management?
Yes. Operational support includes interim management while you recruit or restructure. We keep things running while you build your team.
Is training CPD-accredited?
Yes and no. We will utilise external CPD in the training plan where accredited is provided and will provide the aged care specific training in house.
What's the minimum engagement?
A single training session ($1.5K) or a Reablement Workshop. Most organisations start with a service audit or governance review and expand from there.
Do you consult nationally?
Yes. Our core region is between Sydney and Brisbane, but consulting engagements are delivered nationally. Hybrid delivery (on-site + virtual) keeps it practical.
