Now a partner in the business, he leads the Grafton clinic team. Exercise Physiology - Team Leader
Sam Kilah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Team Leader at Optimum Allied Health, providing evidenceβbased exercise rehabilitation across Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, Aged Care, and NDIS services. Working from the Grafton and Yamba clinics, he supports clients with chronic disease, musculoskeletal injuries, oncology care, and longβterm physical capacity goals through practical, tailored exercise programs. Outside of work, Sam is an avid runner who enjoys exploring local trails and staying active outdoors.

Harrison Walker
Exercise Physiologist
Harry is an Exercise Physiologist working across the Yamba and Grafton clinics, having joined Optimum Allied Health in 2025. He takes a holistic, communityβfocused approach to exercise prescription and works across NDIS, DVA, Medicare, WorkCover, strength and conditioning, and is certified in Tai Chiβbased movement practices. Outside the clinic, Harry enjoys playing golf and is also an active AFL player.

Katie Hunn
Occupational Therapist
Katie is an experienced occupational therapist with over twenty years in aged care across England and Australia. As part of the Optimum team, she provides occupational therapy services across Grafton, Coffs Harbour, and the wider Clarence Valley and Mid North Coast.
Katie delivers holistic, client-centred aged care OT with a focus on wellness and reablement. Her expertise includes functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, falls prevention, and rehabilitation for older adults. All the lads are very welcoming, friendly and can have a laugh and a joke but still maintain a level of professionalism! I have seen Sam for EP ( what a legend ) he has helped me regain strength and confidence in my knee so I can get back to my normal sports and activities! He is very good at his job and I would highly recommend him!
